The PVSD Foundation is run by a Board of Directors. There may be as many as 25 Directors at any one time and they are primarily business leaders, parents and other members of the community. There are also permanent seats on the PVSD Foundation Board for the president of Perkiomen Valley Education Association, the president of the school board, the Superintendent, Business Manager and Assistants to the Superintendent. Currently, Alison Swartley is contracted by the Foundation as its Executive Director.

The Foundation is a 501©3 organization and obtains all of its money through fund raising efforts.

The Foundation seeks to fund innovative, creative and exciting programs for students. We provide money for supplies, equipment, technology, speakers, cultural activities and much more. Visit our Grants page to get an idea of the types of programs that have been funded in the past.

History

The Perkiomen Valley School District Foundation was formed in 1995. Over the years we have grown tremendously. With the continued support of the community and our staff we are looking forward to our continued growth!
